Clinical Services (CHA Clinic)

• ADHD & Autism assessments, therapies, and related care are delivered by qualified clinicians.
• CHA Clinic services do not replace emergency medical care. If you have an emergency, call 999 or your local emergency service.
• Appointment availability, pricing, and treatment plans are subject to change.

Educational Services (CHA Academy)

• Online courses, live classes, and digital resources are provided for healthcare training and professional development.
• Educational content is for learning and professional purposes only and is not a substitute for clinical diagnosis or treatment.
• We may add, remove, or update courses and features at our discretion.

4. Accounts & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login.
• You agree not to misuse the Services (e.g., hacking, spamming, unauthorised data access).

5. Payments & Refunds

• Fees for clinical and educational services will be displayed at the point of booking or enrolment.
• We accept various online and offline payment methods (Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).
• Refunds are only available according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy (linked separately).
• Subscriptions or packages may automatically renew unless cancelled in advance.
